Gary France presented workshops to the music communities within Timor-Leste. A large scale festival of public art and performance practice. Gary France was supported by Public Affairs Office, U.S. Embassy Dili, Timor-Leste.

These are photos of the various workshops I presented. I recal one workshop where I was scheduled to present to two groups of people at the same time: one group were blind and the other group was deaf. I did split the sessions into two seperate sessions. All participants made a Joyous Sound!

I marched in the Arts Parade and performed a drum solo on the main stage that evening.
